  4. Nokia Communicator 9210 installation

    First install the required MIDP software:
    1. Download the freely available MIDP Software for Nokia 9210 Communicator (Forum Nokia registration required)
    2. Copy the downloaded .sis file to the device (either using the PC Suite or MMC reader).
    3. Launch Install/Remove software from the Control Panel and press Select.
    4. Press the Install New button and browse the sis-file from memory. Then press OK.
    Next install the application:
    1. Copy the .jar and .jad files of the application to the device.
    2. Select the MIDP icon from Extras and then press Open.
    3. Install the application by pressing the Menu key and selecting Install... under the File drag-down menu. Then press the Select button, and browse the .jad file from memory and press OK.
    4. Keep the MIDP application in MIDP Test Software. The MIDP application will be launched automatically after installation. Press the Menu key, select Close from the File drag-down menu and then press Select to close the application. The MIDP software asks if you want to keep the MIDP application. Selecting Exit closes the MIDP software. After this the installed application is visible in the application list.

  5. Sony Ericsson P800/P900 installation

    Installing applications from your PC:
    1. Connect your P800/P900 to the PC via SyncStation, infrared, or Bluetooth wireless technology. When connected, an icon is shown in the status area to the right in the taskbar on the PC. (PC Suite for P800/P900 must be installed in your PC)
    2. Start the PC software Install Software and select the application (.jar file) to install.
    3. Confirm to install the application in the P800/P900.
    4. Select target drive (phone memory or Memory Stick Duo). Download to the P800/P900 begins.
    5. Installation starts when download is complete.
